Hello, I stay in hotel Curtyard by marriott shanghai xujiahui and I have big problems, Form 14 sept. – 16. Sept. 4 rooms (1105,1110,1112,1027) I loat my bag in taxi and I call hotel from airport for any help but thay told me they can not help and that's all. Thay have video camera and I think thay can help but they do not want to help. They know when we leave hotel and everything but ,very,very unprofessional from you. I know that I not that bill form driver but I think have few ways for help. I come in this hotel twice 2009 and 2011 year and never more for sure.

The Courtyard By Marriott in Xujiahui is a hidden gem, perfect for families with children. the hotel's quiet lobby provides a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of activities. the comfortable beds and quiet rooms guarantee a peaceful night's sleep. the small but well-designed bathroom layout is convenient. the decent breakfast and the availability of a gym and pool add to the overall enjoyable stay.
